Corinne's Elegant Baby Girl Nursery

This is the brand new baby nursery that my friend Corinne designed for her baby girl. She has such great taste and designed this baby nursery which not only turned out so cute and elegant, but she broke down the cost of the whole room for us to see.
Here is her elegant baby girl nursery. This room is so great because she has a lot of traditional main pieces in this room (crib, bedding, rug) that can be easily transformed into a baby boy room when (and if) the time comes. Just change some of the accessories and curtains and it is an elegant baby boy nursery just like that.

I love how she got thick pink curtains that will block out the sun and then some light sheer curtains that she can always cover the window if she wants to let some light in. I see nurseries all the time where they have light see-through curtains blocking the window and I'm like yeah right, they must not have a baby who is sleeping in their yet because way too much light comes in during the day not letting the baby sleep. My favorite pillow is the pink fluffy one, when the baby is in the crib, these pillows would look great on their glider/rocking chair or anywhere becuase these are such cute pieces.
This is my favorite rug from Pottery Barn Kids. Love it! It has pattern and adds texture to the room but it is neutral and can go in a all kinds of bedrooms and nurseries.
